I receive a lot of questions about e-gold, and would like to precise the future of my program concerning e-gold.
My personal feeling is that e-gold will not close, but I have to consider all the possibilities anyway. So, in the case of e-gold would definitely close, I will offer another option for members who have invested with e-gold. But as today, e-gold is not closed, and a few companies (exchangers) are buying/selling e-gold. Please do not ask me which company, you should make a search yourself using forum, Google, etc.
That means that as today, investments that have been done by e-gold will continue to receive payments in e-gold.
*** Conversions ***
A lot of you asked me if they could convert their e-gold investment into an e-bullion investment, as I accept e-bullion. The reply is no, for technical reasons. If you want exchange your e-gold into e-bullion, withdraw your funds from your e-gold investment, use the services of an exchanger to exchange your e-gold for e-bullion, open an e-bullion account in my program, and invest your e-bullion.
I do not exchange e-gold for e-bullion inside my program.
** Bank wires **
As I am using an EU account for my members, people inside the EU that will send EURO will not pay any bank fee for the transfer, as I will not pay any bank fee to transfer funds to them. Because of this, I now completely remove the "minimum" amount that can be invested by bank transfer, and you may send the amount you want. Note that I always convert EURO into USD at the bank's rate, as I use only USD for my trades.
Just be careful that if you are NOT in the EU, and/or if you send another currency than EURO, you will have to pay bank fees (Up to $50).
To invest by bank transfer you must first open an account in my program, selecting "Bank wire" as currency option. Then contact me by email to receive the bank details.
Please note that for bank investments, the automatic daily payment is of course not possible. Daily profit will compound until you ask a manual payment that will be sent back to your bank account.
*** Bank Wire IMPORTANT ***
Due to the e-gold problem and the "paranoia" it creates, if you already have an e-gold investment with me, I will MERGE this e-gold investment with your NEW Bank investment, IF your bank investment is at least 5 times the amount of your current e-gold itrade4u account. Concretely:
You have a current investment account with e-gold that has a $300 value. ("Balance")
If you send at least $1500 (5 x $300) by bank transfer, I will cancel your e-gold investment, and add the balance into your new bank investment.
Your bank investment balance will, so, be $1500 + $300 = $1800.
*** Other currencies ***
E-Bullion is registered in Panama but has its offices and staff in the USA, so faces the same problem than e-gold. I accept e-bullion but investors should be aware that the risk is higher than with e-gold.

Webmoney is very popular in Eastern Europe Russia, but I couldn't find any exchanger that could handle between $20.000 and $50.000 by day, the volume that I need to exchange, so I will not use it for now.
Moneypay (Europe) is a "confidential" payment system that is brand new, and I do not trust them for your money, so I will not use it.
Paypal: Investment online programs are not allowed and payments can be reversed, so I will not use it.
Dear Members, my personal feeling is that e-gold will not close! The US government as of course opened a serious criminal case against e-gold and its team, but in the same time allowed e-gold to use their reserve to continue their business. Concretely, it means that you can buy AND sell your gold. The fact is that some exchangers had their accounts seized, and cannot continue to work. But some other exchangers are still buying and selling gold at NORMAL rates. I recommend you to NOT sell your gold at more than 5% fee! Some exchange services charge now 30% fee, that is a real scam! If they would have some inside information about the closure of e-gold, do you think they would buy gold, event at 80% fee??? They are just playing with the rampant panic, please fo not fall in their trap!
