Now, the news!

As some of you already saw, the Support Center is working now. It allows a better follow-up for your questions and requests, and also allows a support in German language! The German Support is managed by one of my fellow Members, Doogie.

The email addresses where you contacted me now are still working but are not often monitored, and will be disabled soon. Since about 2 weeks, these addresses receive massive mail bombing, so do NOT write me by email now, your message could be trapped with the spam I receive!

In other words, you MUST use the Support Center to contact me A useful tip: You do not need to "register" there! Just open a new ticket, directly.

I have been contacted by a few people from Malaysia who told me that their government is going to block the access to "online investment sites". My malaysian Members worry, if my website would be blcoked.

First, I don't know at all if I am in the Malaysian blacklist! If I am contacted by an Malaysian official agency, I am ready to supply legal documentation that will show that my program is a legitimate one!

Anyway, this made me think a lot (yes, sometimes I think a lot and I took the decision to open what we can call a "secret website", hosted in a different place than my "official website" itrade4u.biz. This secret website will be reserved for people who cannot access itrade4u.biz, especially because of some censorship. People in this situation will have their accounts hosted in my secret website, and so will be able to manage it as usual.

For obvious reasons, I will not communicate a lot on this topic. People who feel concerned can contact me... By the Support Center of course

As you probably noticed, the server is not available since about 3 hours. There is a major technical problem on the server, and the Support is looking at it.

Do not worry for your records, there were automatic backups every hour, and anyway the files are not corrupted. Of course your investments are not concerned by this problem, as funds are not in the server but in trades

I do not want to promise you that all will work in XX hours, as I am not a technician. The Support at the hosting company is working on the problem, and they will fix it of course, I am just not able to tell you in how long time.

It is now late in the night in HK; even if, at the automatic payment time, the server isn't working yet, the accounts will be credited as soon as the website will be back online. Of course nobody won't lose a cent!

I do apologize for this problem, but unfortunately cannot do anything myself, just have to wait together with you!

I already received about 100 emails asking what's up! I needed the time to re-install my mailing list on a second server, so please now do NOT write me to tell me that the site isn't working, I know it already. For now, I do not want to migrate the domain to my other server, as I am sure the technical problems will be fixed, that is just a matter of time. Moving all the domain to another server in emergency will request more time than just fixing the problems on the current server, so let's be patient, together
