I can't believe people here think EBL is a high yield investment ponzi (like most of programs here). It's a high yield return on loan, or HYROL. Buy a fricken clue. PayPal is not a scam either, in fact, they've cleaned up their act years ago by not allowing HYIPs. I'd say e-gold is more of a scam and perpetrates more scams on a day to day basis. Now e-gold is in hot water. For now, earnbyloaning.com is changing their web site appearance and will be back some time early June. EBL also no longer accepts e-gold because of the crap they got themselves into. EBL had to go through red tape and hoops in order for PayPal to allow them to use their services, whereas, e-gold doesn't verify any program that uses it...big difference! I'm hoping that e-gold will change their TOS to make it just as difficult for HYIPs to use their services as PayPal does!
Don't think would be wise for the exchanger to accept Paypal, if the hyip won't pay you there will be a chargeback and all is over.
And few exchangers accept paypal with many days has hold period.
Just to clarify, they do not accept credit card payments from PayPal where charge backs can occur. You actually have to fund your PayPal account with Cash or a bank account, then transfer to EBL.
But note that PayPal, based on Home Land Security Act requrements, and a SD-ROTH IRA plan have both reviewed EBL and have approved it.
