Debit card for Wiretransfer request

Hi.

Im new to this forum, and find it beccause I search for information about my Gcard, and find much information here. Many skilled peoples here, so I try to put my question here

Now Im looking for another card for that I could use, and have looked everywhere, but there are alot of scammers out there

So my needs for a card are very simple:
I must be able to load it thru Wire Transfers.
I will use a ATM machine to withdraw my money and nothing else.
All other functions are not necessary.

And ofcourse "Noname" is a BIG +++++

So do anybody here have any suggestions of what card / bank I will use?

I have now recieved my card, and it dosent fill my needs. I was told that loading limit was $10 000 per day, but in fact you are not allowed to do a wire transfer above $2500. And I must fax in a wire transfer specification to them every time I do this transfer. Which is not so easy beccause 99% of the times, im not the one who makes the transfer.

So that was well spent money not

Anyway, does anybody else now about an account that fullfills my needs?
As I already told you this is what im looking for.
* Account with ATM possibilitys
* At least $5000 maximum deposit
* An ordinary wire transfer must be able to carry out, no fax or nothing, just a wire transfer with IBAN and the money will end up where it should.

Im getting money 2-5 times thru wire transfers every month and thats it, I will not use any E-gold paypal or nothing like that, just would like to withdraw this money thru a ATM, thats it.
No complication about deposit or withdrawal of the money

And why not using an international bank account or you want the most anonymous ??

I have a Swiss bank account, but I would like to be "most anonymous"
