How can i add the accentvisacard to verify my none-use paypalaccount? I've verified the bankaccount through microdeposts, now i want to add the creditcard but it gets rejected by paypal. I was told to use the US address thats connected to my card but i cant change country so that would never work i think. Cos then you would have name, usaddress, country.

Can someone please explain who have experience verifying a none-us paypalaccount with a accentvisa creditcard.
