Recently I noticed some of the lowest daily ratios in all time of RTA. Admin, can you give us some reasons why is so and if there are any signs of brighter future? Thank you.

As far as I know RTA has problems with e-gold (account has been blocked). In this situation I suggest to move eBullion. I think this is the only solution here.

Indeed, Max sent an email about e-Gold issue. I am not sure if that's connected with ratio, but anyway, time will tell. For moving to another processor I am tracking Liberty reserve at the moment... It seems more and more services allow to use LR. I have opened account some days ago and bought first 25€ over bank wire and now waiting for time to complete the order.

I spend some sleeples nights (all of you who received newsletter and read blog know what I'm talking about),
but it turns out to be standard procedure - they just want some documents to send them! No sweat! That's a great news! I'll send them all they want first thing in the Monday morning! I'm sure it will all be settled!

I copied bunch of papers: my ID, my passport, telephone bill, telephone company papers with my number, ministry of internal affairs papers of my present residence… and I sent it it through DHL to e-gold.
I’m sure they’ll unblock my account, I just hope it wont take too much time...

I plead for the patience all of you.

Those who don't have patience and want to receive their withdrawals right now should change their e-gold settings to "Spends from blocked accounts: Accept" but do it at your own risk, since your account could get blocked if e-gold decide so.

Well, I introduced e-bullion also few months back. As for e-gold, yes, I'll continue to use it.

BTW, e-gold has unblocked my account also. They wrote me that it has been blocked by mistake. I haven't sent any documents to them but I have called them by phone and asked to investigate why my account has been blocked.
