I would think that the answer is more than obvious from the post explaining the general views on the ponzi scene, but if you need it spelled out: at NO point. I don't have to see ponzies as a crime just because it is an official opinion of some jackasses from the SEC and other similar agencies.

I don't have to see the participants as criminals - which is your view from the post. Naturally, because I don't see them as criminals, I would not jail them at any time.

Other than that, "should be" is not in my vocabulary. As long as it is an illegal activity, the reality is that they do and they will continue to do so.

No, why should I?

I don't do a thing other make posts on the topics that interest me and there is absolutely no way I would ever get involved with scammers/activists from fraudaid and other such places.

Just curious. Does the phrase "I just got paid again. Not as big as the last one..." mean that you only got paid a part of a pending payout, or that you just had less this go around than before? I'm still new with P-2-P and trying to get a feel for the recent delays in payout I've been hearing about.
