Funny how theres always plenty of brown stuff and fans at the end game. These guys must study every scam prior and improve their technique with each scam they run. Imagine what kind of crowd old nick will be able to rustle up when p2p is gone and he improves that scam. He shouldnt be to hard to find. All we have to do is keep an eye on the p2p herd and follow them.

I am sorry Awty, just want to clear up one thing. Do you mean " delay tactic " or " not pay tacktic ". Sorry....cant help myself.

Same difference, just depends on the length of the delay...

After all, I'm sure that NOBODY on this forum has ever had a 'program' SAY they were going to pay something out, and then didn't actually do it...right?

Also, might I just mention that debit cards usually require working with banks. Many are funded from card to card, with a sort of 'master' card that contains funds to be disbursed ('loaded') from it.
And, with 'Nick's' impressive history of payments and timing already, I'm sure that with handling p2p payments, opening 'energy', and handling all of the details on a debit card for 'thousands of members', likely all at the same time, payment speed is ONLY going to increase, and those delays disappear...Right?

And, I'm not so sure that if I was a member, and reading over 'Nick's' history with banks, that I would be anywhere near satisfied, but hey, I'm NOT a member, for what I feel are good reasons...

Didn't A3Union also do the debit rip off at the end game there?

Guys, you have to give real names and bank info for debit cards. Makes you real easy to track down when the feds come knocking. Never, never give your real info out over the net to strangers. And Nick is getting stranger and stranger all the time.

I would love to build a "case" against P2P, using the actual events and tendencies from other clear scams, putting them side-by-side with P2P's progress, as well as document all of the ridiculous things P2P has done to continue the scam. Am I clear at all?

Let's say OI addressed a group of friends. I would love to have a presentation to show them, just stacking fact after fact and connection after connection, building a pattern of past scam developments, then slapping that right on P2P, like 2 identical line graphs stacked on one another, showing the various "tactics" and "tricks" they've used that are standard scam procedure.

I would love to be able to present "the facts," and all of the evidence that shows scam characteristics, and ba able to say, "Look, if you take out more than you put in, then you're guilty of stealing."

How big could this thing be?

What would be the purpose of this? Why would you address your group of friends with this presentation (unless you have friends who are in P2P, then they have you to thank for that).

Good advice...However this one won't be hard for the receiver to follow the money trail....No doubt Stella from SolidTrustPay (where you need to verify your accounts) will co-operate fully when forced to

Most still don't listen. Amazing what a combination of greed, hope, selfishness, and fear can be used for, and how quickly reason, compassion and logic get thrown out the window when money is involved...

With some of the 'players' that I've run into, they could literally watch the exchange of weapons that they know will be on the street killing people tomorrow, for cash 'profits'...
Many of them would take the cash, claim it as 'profit', and not even consider the 'connection' when the drive-by shooting rate goes up in THEIR town, as long as 'they' get 'theirs'... (No 'complaints' or considerations, other than to claim the authorities aren't doing enough to prevent that kind of stuff...)

It's really quite - 'different', and personally, I spent quite a bit of time trying to understand how and why these beasts 'work', from financial, emotional, and psychological angles.

Many humans are 'creatures of emotion', and with the right combination of 'manipulation', well, the term 'sheeple' does have it's apparent applications....

However, talk to some serious investors, or just some wealthy people, on how they do business, and see how much 'emotion' is involved... Some here might find that...interesting...

But, I digress...
