The sad part for you is that he's been right about every one of the programs that he's "hated" on as you call it. P2P won't be an exception. ; )

Well you asked for others opinions yet you have CLEARLY singled out traderj. I personally dont think you give a crap about anyones opinion here. You are here for other reasons and you speak of agendas ? Perhaps you should look at nicks agenda a little more and not worry about someone posting factual information here.

P2P DID post as their main office an address that turned out to be a rental apt above an old variety store, the postal codes are a match nothing false about that.

P2P IS illegally offering securities for sale according to the HOWEY test as defined by the SEC.

P2P's admin Nick DID claim to be a long term (30 year friend) of the head of CSIS in Canada. When contacted the office denied this and disavowed any knowledge or connection to Nick.

Nick CLAIMS P2P was investigated and cleared by the OSC and SEC, there is NO PROOF to be found of this statement anywhere, contacting either agency will tell you that IF he had been cleared it would now be part of the public record under the FOIA. There are certain exemptions, but you can look it up yourself P2P does not qualify.

Well nick I am an onlooker and asking why you are not current with payouts. I am also wondering why you dont visit this site twice a day to try and answer some of these other questions. After all, these were your words not mine, or is this just another broken promise.

Believe it or not, some of those who show up as 'guests', DO actually consider some of the things that are written here.
And, by the way, thank you. It's always nice to have well thought out, logical, and reasonable postings about facts, which can be compared to postings such as yours. Does help to show the different viewpoints, and the 'skills' of the 'pro-p2p' members.
You can, and likely will, believe what you WANT to believe (Whether it's true or not). However, if you step back from it, and take a hard look, does what you're being 'told' by p2p, actually make sense?
But for many, it's all about the money, isn't it? (after all, everyone IS being paid according to 'terms'....Right?)
And, in the interest of fairness, and being better educated, and more informed, it usually helps to learn as much from both 'sides', to make better judgments.
If I may, you're doing an excellent job of displaying the 'pro-p2p' viewpoint/arguments.

If you want to get down to what really matters to most here, why not discuss the obvious? WHY are payments NOT being made as they are 'supposed' to be. Some here can give many reasons, which may make some sense, as to why that is happening.

'Shoot the messenger(s)', if you'd like, but might it be might be worth considering who actually has your money, and what THEY are doing with it?

I'm sure many here would appreciate some ACTUAL reasons why things are NOT happening 'as advertised', that may make some sense. Have any good reasons/points? Anyone?

After all, why not be a little more 'positive' about the 'program'?

If I may, lemme give ya a couple of 'hints'...
Using terms such as 'please, SOMEONE', might be see to imply that you are 'begging', and looking for someone (ANYONE!!!) to 'rescue' you Possibly not the 'image' that you're looking for. Lacks the 'projection of power' that can be helpful in making your point.

And, if you want to be able to show that things are... 'AS *I* HAVE STATED'... it can be helpful to show reasons that people might find 'positive' to consider YOUR opinion as being correct.

You might try things like 'this program has been around for more than a year, and is still paying' (Though, getting around the nearly 3 month delay, I have to admit, might be a stretch, but that can be 'worked around', if you know what you're doing...)

You know, just throw the old 'THINK positive, and it WILL happen', type of thing out there. Appeal to emotion, rather than logic and reason. You know, things like 'it doesn't matter if I'm actually being paid or not, as long as I *FEEL* that I'm being paid'!!!
You may get better results...
