My scam forum looks like its gone for good. Gary is gone for good according to one member. Maybe traderj could update us on that excuse. Chris is MIA and payouts are now at a staggering 102 days.

It may look pending for a while. When did it start looking like that? . Do you know the name of your upline they may be able to explain things more. Good luck you may get lucky it's about time for them to roll out a couple of payouts so everyone can cheer and praise the nick id. Maybe to a few regular forum posters

I haven't talked to my contact in a while I have been just swamped with some business that needs to be taken care of... but my understanding is the staff at "pathway-2-poverty" doesn't post full updates in the forum anymore.. they do it via locked threads and PM as they are afraid more of their lies will be exposed in public...

Lets face it, it was a pretty hard blow when one of their staff stated "E LTD is not just some cheap script, it's an international banking platform, built from the ground up" when in fact it WAS just a cheap script from a very shady company....I guess its easier to lie if you don't have to worry about non kool aid drinkers seeing the lies.

I haven't been keeping up on that thread... I generally only post at MMG or here... but when I have time I read ASA and WLD, but to be honest those two are mainly for amusement as a lot of it just seems to be copy and paste jobs from post here or at MMG...

Well I know that's not true ad I know a few members still and they don't have a clue what's going on.... nobody can be surprised by this as it's going down the exact same road we all knew it would.. it doesn't matter how many times the cheerleaders try to pretend everything is okay, even they are getting worried now as payments continue to stretch.... plus the ONLY thing they used to shove in people's faces was "I got paid" but as that is little consolation waiting over 100 days, it's hard to use that anymore. So all they do these days is call people names, pretend they are other people and make fake posts and talk to themselves...

Yup... like I said in MMG for all intents and purposes this one is over. Obviously there still has to be the big final bang and the site to do away etc..etc... but at over 100 days behind investigations from the SEC and "other" things going on behind the scenes I would have agree job well done to the people that kept a light of truth on this one through the entire mess..

Like I said previously when this one is done, so am I. But I will hang around until the bitter end to make sure it's actually stopped breathing completely and not on life support... I haven't posted at MMG in a few days and see little point in bothering as there is NOBODY in that thread right now that is legit, lot of sock puppets and liars.... so lets see this baby through to the end...

I am looking for Nicholas Smirnow. He is the admin for Pathway-2-Prosperity.net and has my money. I am going to get my money back. I have found a good lawyer in Michigan/Ontario and I want to go after this guy. All the information I have found about Mr. Smirnow seems to be false and I cannot find him. I want to take this guy to court. If you have any real contact information let me know.
Due to his payouts being 3 months beyond scheduled promised committed dates, and using banks located in the USA and Canada Nick is considered doing business in the USA and Canada. Nick claims he is immune to the SEC because he is offshore…WRONG! Nick can be charged with a felony by the SEC amongst other foreign countries because Nick is doing business in the USA and Canada. In Nicks so called membership agreement, no notice about USA and Canadians being excluded in membership and actively of still taking other people’s money and making payouts trickle down to an almost standstill. Nick has also stated Energy Ltd. as a separate entity but he is using the same personal and websites and management to run Energy Ltd. While a suspicion of comingling funds between the two entities p2p and Energy Ltd. makes them the same business. This rip-off needs to come to an end! For all of you, who claim he is the real thing, provide the contact information to me and then you may excise your "patience" in waiting for your money when he gets out of prison. Patience expires within days not months.
