Agreed... actually a Swiss Broker I have an account with will NOT take US citizens as customers, simply because they say that the second they do the SEC is all over them and anything they might offer to their customers, so it's easier to just say screw it and not let them have accounts.

OTOH my broker in Panama WILL accept US citizen accounts, BUT those accounts are NOT allowed to purchase any US stocks, or trade on any US exchanges... there are so many rules and regs..

I am not, but I have a lot of dealings with the US SEC, both from my business interests in Canada... as they very closely mirror the SEC regs and my dealings from my base in SE Asia... I have had a LOT of dealings with the SEC, NFA and OSC, and one point many years ago I was actually a registered Options, Stock and Mutual Fund Broker in Ontario... I have since let all those licenses lapse..

It kills me to see people over at asa talking to jerr about possible refunds on accounts. They still believe that p2p might possibly be real and refunds may actually still happen. I think the last thing on old nicks mind is refunding anyones money....especially at this point. I am sure gassing the jet and emptying the accounts would be number one on his list. They should face it. The guy is mia and he is not coming back.

A quick guesstimate of the 'admins' of 'energy'...
Might suggest that they got paid quite well...

Yeah, I think they just passed the jug around for one last gulp for everyone.
Gotta remember that some of these people have no clue how evil these scammers and their cohorts really are. Those that cleaned house are as quiet as a church mouse. In fact, they are so quiet that they could hear a mouse pissing on a cotton ball two houses down.

The scammers, mods and winners of this ponzi game are all MIA. Dont worry though, they will be back at another time with another plan that will be a save all for the planet. Im shocked really that somebody has not had the good sense to at least hire a PI.

Others have followed . no need to stick own pin in when the punters have shown the way.

The shattered or those affected by loss (not getting back their stake) are different and should be treated with understanding, no mocking or put downs for not understanding the nature of the beast

Some of these late joiners dreamt remember! It can really hurt when dreams are shattered. Hopefully the earlier in wised up and got stake out before dreaming.

One thing they should be wary of smooth talkers identifying with them afterwards . Usually it (he or she) has an agenda. Other times a price, a warm forum or a ref link (I'll add not all have an agenda) Punt safely if you wish to continue in this sort of game
