These people design scripts. Others buy them and run programs. You call them SCAMS - they are ponzis. The script allows for the possibility of the the program owner to add external funds so the person selling the script is not selling a script that presupposes a ponzi - but that appears to be what it is used for.

To blame the programmer would be the same as blaming a beer manufacturer for people drinking to much - or blaming Mcdonalds for people eating it.

Lynn posts some thoughtful stuff but I do think calling the coder dirty is silly. As suggested ask Neversay his opinion .
As long as we are speculating here, the wheel man could be under duress in the holdup, and the programmers could be privy to the intent of the script or, indeed part of the scam. In the case of Peter Shulka(?) or Skuta(?) or whatever, there have been different rumors circulated about him before. Just another of those pesky little issues that the court may address.

No...Neversay is Neversay scripts...Not sure exactly what connection he has with hushhosting..Maybe he owns it..

When a scammer wants to start a hyip they need a script...They could go and buy a Goldcoaders script full of back doors and bugs but players like custom scripts so scammers run to Neversay....He is known to undercut GC in price...

Neversay has made a living off the scam industry being responsible for literally hundreds of the hyip scam scripts seen on the net.

I want to know more about Peter Shulka. He or somebody claiming to be him is very active on Facebook.

Just cracks me up to see you people without a life just fall all over yourselfs with glee about the possibility of Nick going to jail. Just here to tell ya ain't going to happen. If by some chance they do throw him in jail it will be by some fluke.

This is'nt like ASD where there was 93 million to confiscate. What ever money there was is either gone or hidden by know. And with out any money to confiscate the US will not have any real interest in finding him. Sure they might put out an arrest warrant for him but they will spend about as much effort in finding him as they do looking for a dead beat dad.

Face it Guys Nick Is GONE. And the Gov't has no real incentive to find him. So you guys might as well give it up. You have only been posting this crap for about 4 years now.

Don't you have anything better to do?

Acutally you don't know if they have found the money that has not been spent, and they have all the "big winners" from which they can clawback funds; which makes it worthwhile to bring Nick back. Just in the clawbacks they have more than enough reason to bring Nick back. They didn't file the charges they made against Nick just for show. If you noticed, the charges filed by the US are far more damning than those by Canada, which also carries heaverier sentencing upon being found guilty. But if you think they won't go after Nick, you are mistaken.

Clawbacks...PLeeezzze! Its been a year and a half almost 2 years now since P2p has made a payout of any kind..Good luck on the clawbacks that money is also gone or hidden by now. It takes money to try a case and without significant money to easily capture or regain it ai'nt worth it for the Gov't..

Is it for show..You betcha..Last I saw. Trever Reed was still a free man..And So is Andy Bowdin..Took there money cause it was easily captured. But was a dime of it ever retured to those who lost...NOPE!

Last I read STP had 8 million frozen in the P 2 P acount and from the news release approx 75% of all the money flowed threw STP. The authorities have those records also. Clawback should not be to hard. Those in profit just might want to hold on to some money.

How long was it before they came down on CEP?
It may or may not make economic sense to go after the perps, but that isn't the only reason they do it. There are social reasons for prosecuting felonies, not just monetary ones. If prosecutions were pursued for purely economic reasons, why have a legal system?

My point exactly. In the Case of Cep they acted vary quickly It was only a matter of months after they kicked in the doors that people were served.

Also of the top 4 earners only 1 resides within the USA jurisdiction...Kent Black..I seriously doubt he is just sitting there with 500k sitting in a bank account..Heck I doubt he is still even in the country.

As for social reason for prosecuting. Not when it comes to this industry. I have seen the gov't close down quite a few programs now. But i can only think of 1 where people who lost actually got some money back. The closure or prosecuting of these program is nothing more than a MONEY GRAB for the gov't as far as im concerned. If there is'nt a big pile of money for some lawyers and gov't officials to line their pockets with...Well then it ain't worth their time.
