Hey guys I just wonder how hyip owners add hyip-monitors to their site?

- Are they paying to monitors?
- Are they being paid by monitors? (As Investment)

HYIPs pay the monitors,that paid money is invested into the program by Monitor so as to monitor the payouts....MONITORING is one of the most tough things to do.
