At your website menu for row of 'offshore banking services... until offshore package' is too crowdy. I'm proposing should change to botton menu/or pop-up menu, radio botton menu etc,

The one thing I don't like about the site is that it is cluttered. There is too much information that it's overwhelming. Just state the basics on the main page.

I do like the layout and colour scheme. Also the payout rate is reasonable. Plus there are lots of links for more information.

About the Program

I think your program lands into those "believable & acceptable" range and it looks pretty much good. However, you can think of adding a couple more programs to the existing one to enable the user to invest according to his/her choice. There should some other short term options too. With the amount of data and certificates you have provided to prove the legitimacy of the business, i think if you start a short term plan, there would be a rush of investors. Also start instant withdrawal for the peace of mind of the investors.

About the Site

I regret in saying but the site design is awful and it needs a complete make-over. I suggest you to change the template. Look at the amount of information given on the homepage, Jesus, it looks as if you are trying too hard to convince the potential investor. The fonts used are ugly and are breathing for space. Everything is so congested and jam-packed.

I admire the administrator that he has tried his level best to provide so much information about the history of the program and the legal certificates associated to it. It gives a feeling as if the program is very real. The links given to cross check and verify the data is also worth appreciating. I am always a believer that if the program is honest and the administrator is not shy of providing complete information, its a sure shot success.

1) The first improvement I can suggest is a revamp of the site's style. First, get rid of the flash banner. It's tacky and suggests scam to me. The site could also benefit from a redesign using css rather than tables as a layout tool though it seems the site was set up with some sort of consumer page generator rather than being designed by a professional.

2) Despite there being no links to sign up for any of the other services on offer, the daily earnings level is quite sufficient for today's hyips.

Q1:
Concerning the webdesign, I believe it requires more work. I like the upper part (Logo + headtitles). However the rest of the page is crowded with banners going into text. Another thing is the fact that the text is small and all over the place. Maybe with a little bit of organization, it would look much better.
Now as for the program, I see you only have one plan. If what I understood is right, you will get a net profit of 1% daily (you can't get your deposit back "You receive only daily profits"). Maybe it would be better if you have more than one plan, like a daily, weekly, biweekly.

Q2:
I see the interest is not high, which helps in the program stability. I like the idea of having offshore services. I believe this is a good step for high profile investors. Plus you have more than one method for payment processing which is a good thing and having bank wire will add value to the programs offered.
