Is google adsense worth it?

IMO, Adsense only works if your website does not sell something. Adsense only steals custumers which now buy whatever you are promoting from your competitors and all you get are 20 cents.
So if you have an article database, a blog or any other content-based website Adsense is the perfect solution and IMO the best paying one but when you are running an affiliate website you should not display adsense ads on your website.

So far adsense is good for me.. i have no problem with it.

I suggest to replace the adsense ads with an ad containing your affiliate link, just like the talkgold sidebar ads on the right hand side and see how they perform compared to Adsense.
You will not only get a couple cents if your website generates a sale but a fair share between 25 and even 90% of the product's price.

You should do some research on arbitrage... I have had luck with it and am doubling my money.
