I told paul when he first opened that paypal wouldn't accept a surf. He knew it and went thru it with TR. But he tried it again anyway. I guess he figured once paypal locks his account he can run with the money in 6 months when the release it to him. I am convinced after all the sites Paul has had that he is nothing more than a scammer. The only good site he ran was before the whole 12dp thing.
I was giving him the benefit of the doubt with thunder surf and as I figured he stole more money. If you want a surf with a guarantee on both your spend and your earnings go see the thread for highincomesurf just place that in the search and check it out.
