Could someonelse please tell me which betting sites are accepted to transfer money to the bank in country of Viet Nam?

Most should. You'll probably just have to verify you live there. A lot of US people use foreign banks to try and get money from betting site. It's not that easy any more.

I think Betfair and Mansion88 accept bank transfer to and from Vietnam. Not very sure about Betfair but can get more information by e-mailing them at info@betfair.com. for they bank account no.
As for Mansion88, local bank transfer from Vietnam.That means no bank charges. Information at they website www.mansion88.com

Why not?

I've bet with one of their sister sites fairly often and they even send me promo junk mail by post.

I realize the offshore market is a little bit weaker since the US legislation on banking, but soon enough the law will be repealed and everything will be better than before.

I don't see things getting any easier for US bettors any time soon.

The US has lost its final appeal in WTO courts in a case filed by Antigua. So the US can either repeal the law, or Antigua has free reign to break WTO rules against the US. So if they want they could pirate and sell copies of windows vista for 5 dollars and the US wouldn't have a case against them.

Also, there is talk among some politicians to get this out of law before the final WTO verdict is revealed.
