I think this forum is like TALKGOLD Forum. I see their terms also like your terms.
Their Template also like TALKGOLD Forum. But there are not so much Banner Adds because this is still new forum I think.

it is not updated as regularly as talkgold or any other busy forum
they are not able to cptize the members there and make them feel come over and over again on forum to be active and quizzitive too

this is the first time i went to the site.the site seem quite good as there are many different form discussing different topics.More update more people who joined and spend time to active in website make TheHYIPForum more friendly to member.I think it is a selective forum and will work only for fluent english language speaking.
