Many of my clients who have used my card are not facing any problems with Ebay till to date...The card was added around couple of months back..

Do I need to renew the card after it expired?
Will my paypal account limited if the card expired?

ED have no relation with paypals Verified status...Your account will be in verified status even after expiry of the card..

I think US needs bank account to get verified
