My VCC can Verify all country Paypal accounts...Bin and Issuing Bank does not matter...
Discounted offer will be going for some time before closing..

Some people want VCC's issued in the US or EU and not ones issued in India, so yes.. It does matter  |

Any specific reasons for that??? Like crorepathi said , this vcc verifies paypal account , so why si US and EU issued vcc better??? |
