This guy is 100% legit, however the VCC he issues will only part verify your Paypal account it will NOT lift all limitations ie bank account verification is still not verified.

Milwal is correct...My VCC can verify all paypal accounts except US UK and Australia account where you have to add Bank account details to make your account to a verified status..
