hi,

I am new to this. Please tell me how I can use your VCC to verify my paypal account. I have these doubts;

1) MY Paypal registration details will be different from your VCC Details. Do they (paypal people) match these two?
2) Do I get a statement for this VCC? If not then how can I get this so called Expuse number?
3) How can I make payment? I am a student and I dont have even a Bank account, I live in India.
4) What if Paypal asks for Statements, phone numbers, address proofs etc later on?

I need a verified paypal account. But I am a little skeptic on how this is going to work. Please clarify.
