No my Paypal account is not limited but I find very difficult to fund it cause there are NO e-currency exchangers that fund PP and PP do not accept International Bank wire at the moment, they also refuse we fund with some VCC too.

But now that's fine cause I've found somebody who is ready to fund my PP directly from his PP account.
