One more thing to think about...

This isn't a "knock" or anything like it. It is a question regarding the automated computer setup of PIPS. If they set it up to be computer automated, why did they intentionally make it make the horrible decision to deduct $9.81 from every day during the 20 day periods after the first x months.

Hear me out. Wouldn't it be better mathematically, to NOT subtract this out until halfway through the month? At double the rate. That way there is an extra 9.81*10/25, or roughly 4 units in your account making 47 cents each. This would mean that the last half of the month, when you are needing to pay 19.62 a day, 1.88 of it would be covered already (from the ROI of the 4 extra units). Not to mention that you would have essentially already made about 7.00 in the days preceeding the first payment day, which means that you would basically save almost a day's (9.81) payment (or roughly 5% of your fees from ROI).

Ultimately this would seem to be a better method to compound the return and make payments into the system.

Of course, it is "simpler" to do this highly genius 2% return in a consistent method which makes less fiscal sense and is easier to understand. I'm just pondering, that is all...

Pretty much on all accounts...

I mean, when one makes this question one also has to realize that 6 new units are being bough with the 170 in fees. At the end of the month. Why wait to buy 6 units? Why not buy them when you can at the beginning of the month instead of the end?

Just more things that make you go "huh?"
