Just for fun, why don't we ask EBL for the real reason they can't use Paypal any more ???
And, just for giggles, why don't we get a spokesperson from the Pensco Trust here to discuss their non existent relationship with EBL ???
Go to the EBL forum seeking the truth ???
You've GOT to be joking.

Re: EarnByLoaning - earnbyloaning.com
So nobody really has any information here about the program except people that are members - I was hoping for an objective point of view from this forum.
In the homework I've done - the IRA company roundman refers to isn't on their website it's in their forum and posted by customers of the IRA company from what I read. Perhaps I read it incorrectly. How is the due diligence they've posted fake?
Do you really have information? I'd like to hear what it is - as my homework doesn't point in the direction you speak of - and I've always considered myself a fairly good detective.

That's the argument that Bryan Marsden tried to use very unsuccessfully.
No one is "loaning" EBL money, they are investing in EBL in hopes of a gigantic return of 40-50% in a few months. How does EBL earn that great amount of return? It's a SECRET! It's not like thousands of other HYIPs over the years haven't said the same exact thing. for some reason, the pitch here by EBL has convinced some to believe the completely unbelievable. Or, they know it's of course a ponzi and are playing it like a ponzi.

You're totally correct, of course.
If you loaned me some money, which you pay back with interest, it's something that happens a squillion times a day.
BUT, if you loaned many, many people money, which you expected them to repay with interest, it's hardly comparing apples with apples, is it ???
Further still, if many, many people "loaned" you money, expecting you to pay them interest and at higher than market rates, we're again talking apples and oranges.
Anyway, the point is now moot.
The HYIP "game" has made it into general view on the internet.
Pension funds are involved.
Pensco Trust and Paypal are involved, however innocently or unwillingly.
Just like Pandoras' Box, once the lid is off, no one has control of what happens next.

Correction. The only "customer" who claims that Pensco has done DD on EBL, and has approved of EBL as a IRA fund, is epayday.
jlpickard, and others, are merely repeating what he said. epayday is the MAJOR cheerleader for this scam, followed closely by pickard.
jlpickard's website, which he uses to promote this scam, is only registered for ONE year. Why is that, I wonder??? Surely a retirement scheme is expected to last until you retire.

I routinely register all domain names that I own, or was ^hired^ to register for one year only. Many different reasons... I do have a couple of domains, that the paying owner wanted to register for 2 years or more, I talked them into keeping it for 2 years at most... Having domain registered for one year does not automatically make it a scam

I'm curious as to why. Would you care to divulge the reasons here?

A nobody is claiming that Pensco has done DD on EBL and has been approved ... Why you think that he is claiming this on a free website ? http://www.freewebs.com/4loan/
because it is difficult to sue somebody for lying if you don't know who is behind that website.
I will contact Pensco next week regarding this matter.
( I will create such a website to claim that Bill Gates has loaned 10 million to EBL )
Just looked a little bit back ; Jlpicard's last post dates from 09/09/2007, right after he has been exposed for using multiple aliases

How legal is this program when they are hiding ? A serious legal financial services firm doesn't hide.
Why is it only possible to sign up through a referral ? another way to circumvent the law so that EBL cannot be charged for accepting deposits directly from the general public ?
Why they go more "private" shortly after people started to complain about delays and non-payments ?
So much "due diligence" on this program seems to be done but their actions are so suspicious.
Your thoughts on this...

Where is the administrator to answer my questions ???!!! (also hiding)

Sure, some
Every year I have a chance to shop for a new registrar, if I wish. Better services and better prices may be available in the future... Better to pay with today's and tomorrow's money, than with yesterday's Sometimes it is a good idea to drop some domains and register different ones...
Why do you think long term would be better?
