Re: EarnByLoaning - earnbyloaning.com
This... THE venue?
I thought EBLs site was the venue that they chose.
We are all here as members or observers, and have opinions, and discuss it.
Does Craig Jolly have a say if "observers" can talk about his program, no.
Does he have a say if EBL "members" talk about his program and personal details on public forums, Yes.
I suppose only he can decide this.
Well I hope Craig does come by and see this post.
Maybe I am wrong...
One other thought....
What if it is NOT his info?
Does the other 10 Craig Jolly's who don't have companies desreve to have their Info.. on a public forum like talk gold....?

Why are you so heated about this? without forums like these there would be NO business like this. You really make it sound like he DOES have something to hide, you protest too much - do you really give a damn about the program or are you just trying to slap a muzzle on one and all? I see absolutely no defamation of CJ in any post here and I doubt he would either. Maybe you can't take the concept of open forums on the internet. If Craig Jolly doesn't like posts on here, he can privatize his business, and if you don't like people saying what they want, don't bother reading them. Who died and made you judge of everyone's words? I never even saw a post anywhere on this whole forum from you until yesterday - make that this morning, at 1:22 AM or so!
If the information is out there, its out there, grow up and get off your podium.

I thought I was giving an opinion, but it sure looks like you are heated, so I can say the same about you...

Well.. I am a member and from what I understand.. they survived quite well and they say they do not need new members to survive.. at least thats what the EBL forum sais.
If you think good programs like EBL and a couple of others I wont mention NEEED talkgold then sorry.. I have to disagree.
Scam HYIPs need forums like this to survive..
You really make it sound like he DOES have something to hide
I am talking in general about having respect for others with infomation posted on sites like talkgold ,not just Craig Jolly.
, you protest too much - do you really give a damn about the program
Yes I do..anyone who has money in EBL does
or are you just trying to slap a muzzle on one and all?
No.. just asking for respect for everyone.
Like I said.. what about the other Craig Jolly's.. I hope that it is not their info.
Hence.. find out first from Craig Jolly of EBL then.. once you have the CORRECT info..ask if you can post on talkgold or every other forum.
I see absolutely no defamation of CJ in any post here and I doubt he would either.
Where in any of my posts did I say there was defamation?
Maybe you can't take the concept of open forums on the internet.
I can if people respect others....
If Craig Jolly doesn't like posts on here, he can privatize his business,
Oh.. I think we know the naysayers on this forum would have a feild day with that one...going private that is
and if you don't like people saying what they want, don't bother reading them.
Am I alllowed an opinion like you?
Who died and made you judge of everyone's words?
respectfully...right back at you...are you not now judging my words?
I never even saw a post anywhere on this whole forum from you until yesterday - make that this morning, at 1:22 AM or so!
I am usually on other forums... I don't like talkgold as much because people slam you for having an opinion.. but some of you guys are ok.
If the information is out there, its out there, grow up and get off your podium.
Yep.. it's out there in certain places that it is intended to be, and not meant for other places.
My podium...lol.. I am on equal ground with an opinion like yours.. you started to get really angry..sorry.. I was just stateing what I feel is right.. In my opinion..is that ok with you?
Honestly.. You should respect my opinion.. just like I do yours.

While there are scams here and everywhere on the internet, and the advertising emphasizes the fact, there are REAL investors on line too, looking for real information, not just the stats on a webpage, and its the exchange of information that makes forums like these so valuable. There can be no exchange if you want to stop people from communicating something simple like whether or not someone is the same someone who does whatnot, and I do believe this is what started this whole thing.
I don't know how you came to be here or why you'd want to if its such a nasty place, but as far as I was aware, most of the people I communicate with on the forum, here and in others, are earnestly looking for legitimate places to make money. I personally want to hear about CJ's work pursuits and history, and I'd just as soon do it here rather than getting into a "one on one" with him on the phone or in person, because on here I also get the advantage of my compatriots opinions.
Perhaps you don't want to see the program change from 450-500 people averaging 1k/each to 1500 or 2000 averaging 10k plus, and I can understand that and respect it. Maybe Craig himself does not want to see that happen. Maybe its too intimidating. Whatever the case, I for one want ALL the information before I give that 10k into his caretaking. I'm sure most of us feel the same.
If CJ finds this forum intimidating, he definitely CAN privatize it and make it "by invitation only". Its been done before and quite successfully, regardless of what anyone here might say about it. When CJ agreed to the interview with the NBSHyipBlog, he opened himself up to public scrutiny, and I'm sure he was aware of it at the time. If he didn't mind doing it, I really don't understand why you should mind so much.

Re: EarnByLoaning - earnbyloaning.com
I don't see a lot a difference in what is being debated here...
@slimage - I hope that we can agree that there is a balance between what is appropriate to disclose and what is not. I think it would move the discussion in a more productive direction if you were to define what you think is 'appropriate' and 'not appropriate' disclosure.
I'm betting we find quite a bit of common ground when we dig into this.

Talked to her last night and she's doing well. Her mom's surgery went well so the stress level is much lower at that end. She'll be flying into Denver an hour before I arrive from my trip to visit CJ in LV so we'll be driving back from the airport together.
As I read the last few pages of this thread, I really do understand slimage's concerns especially since I've been getting several calls from members of our "favorite friend"'s program to stop posting about it all together.
One of the interesting things about EBL is that they have been so low keyed for so long (much like Luca and that other L program). I like this aspect because the quality of the membership tends to be higher when people come to it primarily by word of mouth IMHO.
Now we must refrain from posting so much today... I have a U.S. Open Golf Championship to watch!
