The "answer" is in prior posts - all you need to do is read back over the last few pages.

BTW, I do hope you get your "back back"... because I now wonder if you put any MONEY into EBL... Funny thing about little slips like this... They often reveal more than the communicator wants you to consciously know.

If you did fund a loan with them, my guess is:

1) You have not provided your DD documents to them. Your post on 7/20 indicates that this may be the case (assuming that you do actually have an account which I currently doubt):
