By his own admission later on, he never contacted me even though I'm a forum mod. Go figure... If I had an issue and someone offered to help because I wasn't getting any, I'd sure as heck take it especially if a meaningful sum was involved...

Notice that the guy is further demonstrating that he doesn't know the rules of EBL (why would he bother if he's not a member?). My offering a 100% rebate does not go unrewarded as true members know.

So you see, this guy is just going to continue to post without any proof whatsoever that he really has an issue. While it will not effect the real members, it may lower confidence in the program in the uninitiated (which is the intent). I will continue to reference this post in the future so that anyone who needs any evidence of the true intentions of the pea-shooter (the nickname I gave clinteastwood in the Legisi forum when he began his trolling career), they can see for themselves.

Kerry doesn't spend much time here as he is extremely busy driving the new site upgrade. He visits regularly to monitor what goes on, but doesn't post much. He knows that me and the other members can deal with trolls against EBL just fine.

As for you, did you ever get your payment issue resolve with Legisi?

There was never a follow up. Did you get your issue resolved?

It's an important question for a couple reasons: 1) Legisi never missed a payment to a member and the pea-shooter claimed he never got paid. If you are really a Legisi member, you'd know this guy is full of it making this accusation.

2) I offered the guy help twice. There is nothing dangerous about posting a username in public. Even so, he could have e-mailed me. This would prove once and for all that my claims about him not being a member were false and I'd stand corrected. Never heard a word in spite of the fact that I'm a forum mod and communicate with the EBL support staff regularly.

Offer me one shred proof that this guy is making a legitimate claim and I'll look at it. If he can demonstrate he's a member, fine, I'll eat crow. His behavior however has been nothing but consistent with a troll however.
