Don't put 1 dime into this scam !!!
They claim to be different from all
the e-gold HYIP's because they don't use e-gold as a payment option.
This could not be further from the truth.
I started with small amounts and got paid and then deposited a big amount, I received no payment, emails went unanswered, they hung up the skype phone on me then I knew for sure they did not want to pay me back.
I contacted my lawyer and he told me that the contract is worthless in court.
Bye,bye money....

Can you post the info and proof? What is your EBL username? PM if you want it private...... Did you try resolving the problem with JLP? So far there had been a lot of fictitious claims of being scammed, I mean it doesn't really help if people would just start posting false accusations to reliable programs and on the otherhand, cheer unto those programs who are clearly shady. Not that I am calling you a liar but we just want a concrete evidence with regards to your plight. Hope this will not be another case of "Legisi-is-a-scam syndrome" - smear campaigns flooded Legisi but until now it is still up and going.... and going strong.... Paying big time.... maybe a lot thought wrong that it is a scam, aye?!

There is no reliable or unreliable HYIPs. They are all scam. The fact that slow rolling(around 50-100% a year) ponzies can stay afloat for couple of years does not change anything.

Re:

Well you may be right. However, there is the "what if" part. I know for sure that ponzis wouldn't last for long, I agree with you a 100%, just because there is no real trade and the monies move when members put in money for the program runners to redisburse amongst them giving a false idea of gaining money from the program.... and everyone knows the rest of the story. However, I really know some programs really keep their "promises." I mean we might distrust their methods(because they don't reveal their secrets) but they actually work with the money that was "loaned" to them. Let us say with Legisi, Greg has been paying up the promised ROI to his members who are investing to the program and until now that program is surely running(privately), and that same goes with earnbyloaning. My point is, what if they actually knew of a way to efficiently and effectively to manage the monies that was invested, although, I cannot say that it is true for sure, BUT again, "what if" - they have the answers. However, I wouldn't yell SCAM right away if on the first place I couldn't provide a solid proof that their model was of a ponzi scheme OR I was a member(test out) and I wasn't paid.
I know 99% of HYIPs are scams but what about the remaining 1%??!! There would always be a good apple amongst piles and piles of rotten ones, and that makes a difference.
I know this argument is not winnable just because it has been proven time and time again that the many had been scams. I guess I would just say, "Do some due diligence before taking action and don't invest more than what you can afford to lose."

You are completely wrong. There is no good apples in that pile. All 100% of HYIPs are built as ponzies. If you apply your math skills you will see it even without formulas.
What you consider good HYIPs are the ones that pay at the beginning (up to 2 years). DO you know HYIP that lasted 3-5 years? I bet you do not.

don't waste your time, Boris. This fool WANTS to beleive.
Anyone with an IQ even in double figures would realise that returns this huge would mean THE PEOPLE HOLDING THE SECRETS WOULDN'T HAVE TO BORROW NICKELS AND DIMES FROM THE PUBLIC. They would increase their own wealth (even starting with a few thou!) so fast that it would be self funding almost immediately IF IT WAS TRUE.
Unfortunately, there are no ways to make incredibly high yields. The big players would be doing it, otherwise.
Strange how common sense deserts apparently rational people when money is involved.

Exactly !!!
Show me 1 HYIP that lasted 5 years and I pay you a 100K finder's fee.
I made some money with this ponzi program but now they started scamming because there is not enough new money flowing in anymore.
time to find another ponzi..

Yeah , you said it , man.
If you can make above average returns, you are not going to look for
small investors with deposits of 100$, 200$ BUT you will find people who
want to invest millions of dollars, IF AND ONLY IF YOU HAVE THE PROOF
THAT YOU CAN MAKE THOSE CLAIMED RETURNS
However you can make money with HYIP's if you get in early and get out before it collapses, it took me some time to "learn" this.

Re:

Anything that promises to pay over 5% / month is most likely a scam,
earnbyloaning qualifies this criterium
"when it sounds too good to be true, it usually is"

Re:

Hell, I suspected that
www.earnbyloaning.com was a scam but when I got locked out of my account 16 days ago and didn't receive any response on my e-mail , I was sure.
I contacted the SEC and they told me that they have to be registered to run such a program, which they aren't
Too late now :0((
