Hallo, we are mainly focused on European market and there is no need to increase current limits. It makes no difference for EU citizens to exchnage 250 today and 250 tomorrow. Costs for them are same. 90% of our trades are in EUR. We changing our limits regulary and we will probably increase it on Monday again.

Our approach is fair and simple - We want to offer our service to the maximum number of our customers (all day long), not only for those, who have thousands of gold on their accounts.

You know why I ask you increase USD limit ? Because I have to pay 20$ wire fee that's why at larger limit I will have better rate
at maximum 650$ is amount I expect !

We are dealing primarily in Euros, therefore the limit for Euros is higher. However, if your bank account was in Vietnam Dongs, you would receive the same amount of money in Vietnam Dongs if we send the wire in Dollars or Euros. There would only be a difference if your bank account in Vietnam was in USD.

great, my bank account is in VND, this mean I can use EUR limit

So if I want to sell 1000 e-gold worth of USD , I can send them about 745 e-gold worth of EUR, because 1 EUR = 1.34USD. Is it okay?

According to e-gold rates at current ($652.30 and 480.13EUR), it's less. To send the same amount of gold as 1000USD, you would have to send 736EUR in e-gold.
