We are preparing new customized support section with interaktive FAQ, tracking facility so we have decided not to provide ICQ support due to security reasons in the future. By the way ... ICQ support is only efficient for smaller exchange services who wants to personalize their communication. But it is not efficient for larger ones. We will also provide live support but in a different way ... no general questions will be routed through live support. Live support will be available only for clients who are trading with us and have pending orders or urgent problems. As I said, this will be very complex and sophisticated system which enables us to provide even more personalized and faster response. Want to be always proactive and offer the most proffesional and safe exchange service available.

The problem is that your replies to customer service e-mails are very, very slow. Additionally, you don't seem to offer any type of live support. I referred a client of mine to your service. He had a problem with his order and sent you an e-mail a few days ago. He is still awaiting a response. I told him that I would post here to get your attention, and advised him to e-mail you again. Please respond to this one.

Sounds good. But no need to drag down goldex right? Theres enough place in the world for 2 exchangers. You shd understand that people are deciding to use goldex not solely based on their fee alone. Its also their long history of being one of the premier exchangers that counts.

I like your site. Looks awesome and seems like a good service. Im sure you will get many loyal customers with time(all good exchangers do) but maybe you shoud rethink your marketing strategy? Just my opinion

I simple think the concurency is huge now due to the e-gold issues. Its indeed pointless that exchangers start to fight with eachother over some customers. There are enough customers to serve both. But the most important question is whether an exchanger is reliable or not. So far I didnt had a problem with this one.

What goldexchange is doing is "limiting" the amount a customer can withdraw. For example thay have 50000 euro in stock and lets say one customer can only withdraw 1000 euro at the time. Then they can serve at least 50 customers. Thats why they can still offer fees at 3.5%. Once the 50000 euro in stock is drained they will close outexchanges again.

Of course the fact goldexchange aint well known yet, helps keeping the fees at a reasonable price.

It's not a bad idea to "limit" the amount one can outexchange. E-gold is "limited" after all at this point, so instead of raising the fees, another tactic is simply "limiting" the amount someone can withdraw.

Limitation is the only wise solution during this situaton.

@mrGSH. I'm in Australia right now, and I do not have multiple IDs. There are two of us, me - ID murdocc, and my buddy - ID goldexchange, that run GoldExchange.eu. I don't think there is anything wrong with that.

Yes We do transfer e-gold to Vietnam as long as you provide us with correct payment details (Account number, SWIFT, Name of the account, Name of the bank).

We only do not transfer money to following destinations:

- IRAN
- North Korea
- Syrie
