I have used them many times and still using their service.
I have sold over $20 K egold and LR for Wire/Check in last 3 months.

Just took a look at their site. Not only are they (as per usual) NOT accepting E-Gold Out-Exchange orders at this time, but their fees have once again increased to 4.5%. Right now, there's really no reason to use this service over another exchanger. They only accept wires, and their fees are no longer impressive.

Yeah, what can you do if once they open up the Egold out exchange they have a massive flood of orders?
I successfully exchanged over 6000Euros these past 2 weeks with them. Thats almost $9000. Yes I had to check many times if the outexchange was open and had emailed them beforehand to ask then outexchanges would be open etc... but i must say their service is the best.
My last wire order was on monday and i received the funds in my bank on TUESDAY! thats one day only! Not even icegold ever managed that and they were considered the best.
As for the fee going up to 4.5% that was done for two reasons. 1 - cause gold prices are shooting up. and 2 - cause they had too many out exchanges whenever they opened it and started to try to limit them.
They are also backed by a real company and i'd rather trust them then some russian group. (but thats just my reasoning).
Atleast these guys say STOP when they have too much gold, until the can sell it all. They are truly a real business in my opinion and just cause they act as a business and have to limit outexchanges as so not to have a massive reserve of Egold doesnt mean they are bad. Thats just stupid mentality.

You forgot to promote M-Gold in this post, for which I have feeling that is your site and that will scam soon.
And GoldExchange is probably the best exchanger now.
