I thought I had said everything about your sites and opperation except my final words or "Knickers quip" but I remembered some more important facts, when I updatated another web page.

There was a furore when I published this last summer and I received threats of libel actions from lawyers who did not like what I had said about Kent's having been the only one of the well known surf admins, and MCF the only forum to have promoted the huge French scam AdvertisingSurf. If you want your lawers to do something really useful Terry, I suggest putting them on that scam, not somebody who says that Matt and Sydney are good at the job they do for Kirk but a lousy job for you. I hope that some MTF members, will bookmark that page of mine, as I would like to see, if Terry's lawyers have anything to say about the material there. You can also tell your layers that I had a run in with somebody, who had tried to libel me in 1986. One letter from my chosen libel solicitor (Peter Carter Ruck), shut the guy up. He is probably dead now but his legacy lives on. He is still one of the most famous libel lawyers on both sides of the Atlantic. He gave me quite a few tips on how to deal with men who were nobodys other than small fry who wore a big girls blouse. They were not Peter Carter Ruck's words but I can't translate 1986 legal adviice into Canadian lingo! That is how I interpreted his advice on 1986. I hope you are reading this Kent!
I have given surfers more details about authorities they can inform, if they read that page but here they are in a nutshell.
1) If you are a member of a Trade Union, ask your Union to take the issue up so that other people who augment their income with a bit of surfing, do not get ripped off as you do. The legal departments of the National Union Teachers Union or The National Union of Journalists are very powerful in UK. The actors unions and miners unioins are very powerful in most countries. Anybody who has a bright son or daughter at college could get their student's union onto the case. Students can be very good at this sort of thing. Does anybody remember the film "The Pelican Brief?"
2) A Canadian who has dual French Nationality could write to his or her EURO MP.
3) Any European who pays his or her VAT can read what to do to get their money back. DO NOT ASK YOUR LAWYER about this. Your lawyer will have to cover his own back first. How can a lawer know, if his clients have paid their VAT? your lawyer is not likely to be very hot on Customs and Excose law. Ring the Customs and Excise to get advice not your lawyer. I have no clue as to what Canadian Customs and Excise do about International crooks like The Directors of Advertising Surf that Kent pimped for two years. I think you should ask Kent about that Terry.
As the best online researchers assembly point is Nickers p2p thread in the scam folder on TalkGold I have put up a link to this forum telling TG researchers to come here for the best news on HIS which is also in the scam section on TalkGold.
