Use some paid to promotes that accept promoting in Autosurfs.
They will pay you sth about 10-15 cents per each 1000 unique hits.
But IMO still better than nothing.

I invested in some autosurfs, but not going to use that credits to promote my site because its good only to waste hosting bandwith (if its going above limit, ill need to pay $ for extra GBs).
posibility to get some referrals by advertising your referral link in autosurf is next to zero... long time ago I tryed it myself 10s of thousands hits and 0 signups ("great" results beat out that dump idea from my head pretty fast...).

I really doubt that you will find someone willing to pay for autosurf traffic.
