Hey cheapegold, what kind of verification/ID is required to purchase the card. Also, is there a deposit limit etc?

I need an ATM Debit Card (like Cirrus/Maestro) that allows ACH(PayPal). Also 100% anonymous, no ID with no deposit limit, or limits over $1000. Most ATM Debit Cards with ACH I've seen have a limit of $1000 till documents, passports etc are sent.

If anyone is selling/knows where I can get one, please PM me.

Hey,

There is no deposit minimum.

You must provide a government ID or passport copy, a phone bill, credit card statement or gas bill where they can verify your address.

a couple of months ago they didn't request any info and now we need all this? also, note that I mentioned deposit *limit* not minimum. I'm planning on depositing $5,000 - $12,000.

There were a number of companies that offered them, as well as gCard, which is now gone. I would just use Xoom, but it is not supported to my country. Anyone know what kind of safety etc Xoom offers? Is it anonymous?
