How much does the shipping to UK would cost?

Is it true that "$2 fee for transaction from PP to VMI card, and $5 for withdrawal from ATMachines"?

I've seen $5.99 VMI cards selling at eBay. Can it be trusted?

we have distribution center in UK, can send to you free, you can get it the next day.

I don't think you can trust $5.99 seller on Ebay, based on the agreement between with VMI and agent, they are many regulations. You should verify the legitimacy of the agent before you buy VMI card, or else your card may be blocked.
