Your telling me PayPal allowed someone to add a bank account VMI or any other for that matter and transfer $3.5k whilst it was unverified without raising an eyebrow? I'm not disputing what you personaly are saying cheapegold, but it doesn't seem quite right.

This card doesnt work on withdrawing paypal no more.
You will get your access limited even if you have been all your life on paypal (my example).

This can approve that paypal doesn't block VMI and VMI doesn't block paypal neither.
