I think i have problem with sending my ask by mail because you have not understand (My english are 50% poor too you are right)

So i have only one thing to do scanning nationnal id, and utility bill, only one issue, this documents are not in English Language because i live out USA & EUROPE (It Optimized now as question

) So What to do finaly ? I think i have the right to get this great card, because it worldwide

And this problem merite to be answred in this VMI Folder, because not all users are from USA and EUROPE

you can scan the document, mark it with English of your name, date of birth and address.
