I know hyip admins that have multiple usernames on forums and self promote.
I believe that this folder should be open to legit exchangers ONLY.

I'm sure gonna miss this folder, i think it's one of the most useful ones here at TG, maybe closing it down is a radical solution to the problem. Maybe some trusted members / mods can offer escrow services so no body gets scammed no more. I think it's not a good idea to shut it down !

Overclock its simple. The hyip section can be controlled. If a program scams we move it to the scam section. It is very easy to tell if a program is scamming, while its takes hours sometimes to investigate a little $10 transaction in which one person claims the other scammed them. Then we may or may not ban the right person, and have to deal with another hour of them complaining to us via instant message.

We will probably move the whole folder to the archive as maybe a subfolder.

I believe that all hyips are pure scam, ALL OF THEM.
Why has 12daily shutdown ?
Do you know any hyip that is working since 2005 ?
Why HYIP is illegal in the United States ?
And most important WHY e-gold has case in the US courts ?
I would say that this folder is more legit than a Hyip.
Compare how much Eutrade scam people with money lost here !
Therefore promoting a scam program would be worse than having this folder.

Los, Of course his job is applauded.
But we don't like to loose our source of income.
Although I have lost some money here, but now I did learn

This is true that a serious decision should made for this folder.
But that is not closing down ! That's finding ways to stop scammers.
What do you think if limit access to this folder for known members
and verified members. No new members could join.
By this way, scammers cannot return.
A person like VCCFires (010081) returned using Klazo User ID.
His new scam site is EGXchange.com and also EGXchange ID here.
I checkmated him !
He is from Israel.

As long as the scammers stay away it`s planned that the Debit Card folder will stay.

I agree 200% with the mods. There are just too many scammers and there only reason for being here is to scam in the Exchange Folder. If it was me I will close it down tomorrow to stop those scammers from making a last attempt to get someone else money.
