Warning!
I received this message from one of our members. This is not the first time this has happened recently. Please be careful especially if you have your IM visible.
1. Today I received an email "from Talkgold" to my yahoo mail (without any attachment) ...
2. When I EVEN tried to open it I was sent out from my mailbox...
3. I saw IM notification that someone requested my TG password, got it and ...
4. I received TG notification that my TG password has been changed!!!
5. I went into my mailbox and 1) changed my email`s password 2) saw that they deleted these notifications!!! (and read them)
6. I took their new password from TRASH, changed my email and TG password, but I think I was lucky...
SO....
- I think they are very dangerous hackers - they had written some script which takes passwords from browser’s memory!!!
- They could hack a LOT of TG user!
-----
I think TG admins and users must know about it!
also I can give to you or someone of TG`s crew an access to my mailbox to see this scripting email (if you can use not IE browser)
----
I use firewall and good anti-spy program but it is very strong script and it is very dangerous!

I'm really not sure if this is a hacker at work or if the email put a keylogger on your computer, whatever, it doesn't look good.
I'm no expert at this sort of stuff, might be better to change your passwords and scan your computer for viruses/keyloggers/malware, etc.
I'll copy this thread into the Security section of the forum, perhaps someone with more security experience can help.

Re: Warning!
Do not use your YM id email with TG.
I recommend use a mail client just like Outlook.
Do not login in public area, or use "On screen Keyboard" to avoid keyloggers.
Do not open unknown emails. they contain malicious attachments.
Use a good firewall/AV like Kaspersky Internet Security.
Do not use two AV programs in the same time.
Do not share your password in all forums.
Do not share your email. and Forum password.
Do not open files receiving from unknown persons.
Password protect your computer.
Log out of administrator account of your Windows XP, use limited users as malicious appz do not have enough access to resources...
I hope these are helpful.
Thank you.
