Exactly .. I am from algeriaand i want a vcc to open an account whare I ca receive money on it (algeria is restricted for her accounts bye paypal) so wich adresse can I make and what I can do if they limite my account ant tel me if you can open it for me ...Thanks

you can't add a US address to a Canadian PayPal acc.
