Paypal limited account when you log in 2-3 time or more per day or purchase thing more then 2-3 time a day like my account has been frozen for no reason i have uploaded now awaiting for your their answer.

when i create a paypal account with a japan address and with a german internet access.
must i use a vpn?
wehn i verify paypal with a vcc, must i verify my addess too?
