E-bullion.com appears to be a fully automated internet fraud engine.
Since mid May 2006:
Their customer service will not respond.
Their messaging service will not respond.
Their phone number will not be answered by a person
That is because there is no one there. It is fully automated.
Anyone have a different experience?
The website (http://e-bullion.com/learn.php) states ‘e-Bullion® is an electronic currency that is 100% backed by gold and silver..’
The ability of clients to check this was removed on 2/22/2005.
e-Bullion deactivated my gold bullion account for no notified reason and of course I can’t contact them.
What do you call it when a financial institution prevents you from accessing your assets.
I call it fraud.
‘We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.
I was told by a very reliable source that E-bullion took off with 20K from a small private investment club.
They made like a Hacker broke through, then quickly outexchanged. This club however has quietly hired an investigator who is building a very good case, with the help of a few insiders

Dont believe this. Companies dont put there business at risk for petty stuff like this. Its not worth it.

How about if the company defrauds clients holding ammounts over say 10k and just operates as advertised for clients holding lesser ammounts?
Is it worth it then?
What risk is there for a Panama incorporated company operating in the U.S?

I'm talking about several times that sum.
I think that the problem with building a legal case against the company is that it is Panama registered. However the same people own Goldfinger Coin and Gold Bullion Reserve both of which are incorporated in Delaware.

Bullsh1t. I deal with them frequently and just got through yesterday after waiting in the customer service queue.

It's their choice to provide this info or not. The precious metals e-currency industry isn't regulated by any government body, so there is no legal obligation to provide this info and unless you can show me otherwise, your argument is without merit.

If you let your bank account go dormant after a certain period of time, it will get inactivated. This could have been the case with you....or you violated e-Bullion's Terms Of Service and need to provide their required docs.
Either way, you should be notified about your issue and be able to resolve it.

What exactly does the Santa Barbara BBB have to do with a Panamanian company?
I suggest you pick up the phone and deal with your issues instead of accusing companies of running fraud.

What phone number and how long did you wait for a live person to answer?

I'm not making an argument, I'm saying they deleted the feature. Why? Could it be that they don't want anyone to see a diminishing bullion holding?

I've never had a dormant bank account deactivated.
I wasn't violating anything since I wasn't actively using the account.
There was no notification, I got to know about the deactivation when I attempted to sign in.
Like I said, they don't respond to email (about 12 at the last count).
They don't respond to their messaging service (using a different sign in)
Their automated phone answering service just lets you hang.

Not much legally which is a pity since e-Bullion.com operates out of Camarillo, CA, and funds are channeled through Bank of America in Camarillo.
Willingly, please suggest a good time to call them.
I did not accuse e-Bullion.com of running fraud although that is what they appear to do.
