I need a physical card that I can draw money in ATM, linked to a checking/saving account with routing number and bank so I can make direct deposit to it

I want to ask you some questions before buy your card:

- Can I have bank account with your card ? ( this mean bank account number, name of bank, etc )

-- Can I receive money from other bank to my bank ?

--- Can I transfer money from my bank to other bank?

---- How much dose it cost and how many time for shipping?
