Don't count on becoming a millionaire. Do your due diligence and only invest a small amount to start with to confirm they are paying and do a test withdrawal. Then add more, but remember these things are very risky, so only put in what you can afford to lose. Then if they are paying take withdrawals often until you get your original investment money back. Once you have done that you can keep investing the profits, essentially playing with earned money.
The ones paying extreme high interest rates... I would caution against them as those kinds of returns just are not realistic for the long term.
