Dear etam & Tdinoz, some times trouble happen. It is not TrainEx fault that Money Gram, block receivers & senders. It is the way how money gram & other Quick Money Systems work. If a person, do receive/send very often Quick Money Transfers (MoneyGram, WesternUnion, etc), at some point he gets blocked for a period of time. We got several workers that can receive/send Quick Money Transfers. For more reasons you can refer to the moneyGram it self!
We are sorry etam that it happened with you, but we can't foreknow when those companies (MG, WU, etc) will block a receiver/sender.
Also I would like to mention, that if a person from one side gets blocked, the person on the other side is NOT affected by any means.

I hate when I see that CIA and FBI stupid services watch for the money it seems they have no other work to do than watching our payments going around they need to get a life many times I wants to pay my guys and family members around the world and its really a nightmare to get the money back even took me once 14 days , so I hate em.

Dear valuable posters, as you probably know, our support is 24/7 online to help you out. I see claims regarding our support isn't always online to help you out.
The support got just 1 hour dinner time per 24 hours which is mentioned in our time schedule table, at any other time we are always online to help you out.
