can anybody help me?

I exchange money from LR to AP and Alertexchanger mean that they will exchange after 48 hours. But it´s over 3 month and they give me no answer or any feedback. If i contact theier online contact they blocked me.

And I don't either....In fact I think that "flexscan" is full of it and is either a troll, a trouble maker or is working an agenda to discredit this exchanger...
