Yes, sometimes we can be offline for small time, but most of day and night we are online and working. We are making transfers in one hour when our banks are opened. And please don't post other exchanger's advertisement in our topic.

Why are there so many ecurrency types in Russia/Eastern Europe which dont use English, e.g: Ukash, Rupay, Yandex etc etc now fethard what are they really, why eastern european fond of their confusing acrylic letter and dont use latin alphabet. Chauvinism in their languages/acrylic letter hinder their own path of progress to be global ecurrency.
