i have sent a confirmation of bank transfer (telex receipt) to wm-center of bank payments in excess of 5000 dollras since monday. They keep saying they have not received the money even with the proof. I dont understand them. I think they do not have good relationships with their banks or something is wrong. While their support is very good....being based in russia and having a bank account in panama seems to be a problem to them. i may need to reconsider my future bank transactions with them. Just a little note of caution to the public.

Yes we really did not received this money yet. As I can see from this receipt, your bank send us money in monday, so it's only second day after that now. So please be patient, and soon we will receive it. Bank wires usually go in 2-3 business days, so it's little too early to worry about that...

Hmm, a wire transfer takes usually 2-3 days minimum, and even more if it's an international transfer.

So you need to relax a little and wait, instead of jumping to conclusion too fast. Wire transfers takes more then 1 day to be completed you know. Except if it's an internal bank transfer (SAME BANK TO BANK).

For myself, I have made over 10-15k transactions wmz<<>>wu with wm-center and he's always been reliable.
