For future, when have issue like this and was adviced to do something at TG, please write about that in order and include URL - our support is very suspicious to online transfers due to potential fraud

Delays can be only when have problems with LR, i.e. when have much more buy orders then sales. In 99% orders it's instant after picking up and far from slow

2000$ is a small amount. I exchanged over 100K+ during last 2-3 years but in small pieces (max 10K transaction) and 99% transactions were completed at great speed. Using WM from 3 years and still the best.
